Help the Thundering Herd Help Others

If you have not yet met the Thundering Herd please click here for mug shots casting photos and glamour shots or check out their FaceBook page.

If you feel up to the challenge of owning a Siberian Husky, Malamute, or any other generous sized, energetic working breed, this blog gives you a true view into the real world of sharing your life with your canine partner.

Right now the Thundering Herd has been given a great honor
and is offering you the opportunity to step up and be part of it.
They will be leading the way for a giant downtown Dogwalk Parade in Waynesville, N.C. which is a major fundraiser for Sarge’s Animal Rescue Foundation.

If you are in the area August 7, 2010 I am sure you would be welcome to march in the heat alongside them.

If you prefer to stay in air conditioned comfort, you can still be part of the parade.

For all the details, Click here!

Use a little creativity, add a check for an amount you are comfortable with

and you will be photoshopped into the parade.
Better than that- you will be helping feed and provide medical care for wonderful animals who are homeless not by their own fault.

Still here?
Click on over and help the Thundering Herd!

  1. OK, what’s the deal with the street washing? Someone’s blog I read the other day showed a cool vintage print of a dutch girl on her knees scrubbing the street with a little boy standing near by giving her the evil eye! What’s up with THAT?!

  2. Hi! Thanks for visiting my blog. You mentioned a rooster party…who is sponsoring it and when is it in August? Also, do you live in Waynesville? I live in Asheville!

  3. Woo – thanks for the plug. Lots of generous people have responded and some dogs and cats will be saved because of that generosity.
