A couple times a month while running errands we treat ourselves to a $5 pizza.
It tastes good, has lots of toppings and is large enough to satisfy two very hungry people.
The pizza place also shares a parking lot with the Goodwill store.
So while I wait for pizza to come out of the oven I take time to browse.
People were telling me I had my seasons mixed up but I say a bargain is a bargain any time of year, and I am partial to Halloween.
The obvious contents of this bag were pumpkin lights and I counted enough to make the toppers less than a nickel apiece
so those were worth the price of the bag and anything else was bonus, including the 2 strings of lights.
Other sizes and shapes of pumpkins were also in the bag along with some Snoopys that originally carried candy. (No candy included.)
Another creature found in the bag
could be some sort of flying bug? He may become part of the garden art.
After Halloween comes another holiday, for which these may be useful.
The final item in the bag can keep me busy during the cold winter months and help me look forward to another summer.
Seeing the original price on the needlework kit
made me feel pretty good about spending $1.49 on the whole bag of goodies.
The same trip I also bought a few things for the cats and something for one of my collections which I will share in another post soon.
